STAFF
Doug Hartman - Executive Director
Doug has a degree from Simpson College in Biblical Studies and has been director of the ministry since 1999. He and his wife Jill bought a house in the neighborhood in 2005. Doug can be contacted for information about the ministry or to meet with regards to support, church presentations, neighborhood partnerships, etc.


Cathy Alexander - Resource Administrator
Cathy graduated from Ohio State with a degree in psychology just before coming on staff in 2000. She and her husband Jason bought their house in the neighborhood in 2003 and have two children. Cathy can be contacted for information about the ministry or in regards to volunteering, being added to the mailing list, web issues, etc.


Burt Manchester
Burt is a Pastor at First Alliance Church and joined our staff in January of 2008. He and his wife Jan have three daughters. Burt can be contacted for more information about our partnership with Fairwood Elementary, mentoring, and our increased role with families in our neighborhood.
