Connecting people with Christ and each other
to Develop our Community Together

We are saddened by the impact COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is having on our world and on our community. We know those with economic disadvantages are often the hardest hit. It is our desire to serve our community with love and resources in the best ways we know how. The current pandemic and the recommended guidelines are constantly changing, and we will do our best to stay up-to-date and serve only when it is safe and helpful. You can find regular updates right here about our programs and our COVID-19 community work.
For the foreseeable future, our regularly scheduled programs and activities have been postponed (including, but not limited to all Bible studies, outings, tutoring, our garage sale, etc). We are no longer accepting volunteer help for COVID-19 Response work in order to protect staff, volunteers, and community members. Bible studies are happening on Zoom, please contact us if you’d like to participate.
Update 11/24/2020: To date, we have served 2,700 lunches! Thank you for your continued support! You can donate through the PayPal Donate button below, or check out our latest newsletter  to find current ways to help.  Thank you!

The Basics

Urban Connections is an urban ministry on the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio.

Our mission is to connect people with Christ and each other in order to develop our community together. We envision our neighborhood as a community holistically transformed by God and characterized by stability, justice, opportunity and rich faith in Christ. At Urban Connections, we believe this is possible when community is built through relationships. Holistic ministry means that we listen and love our neighbors and work together to develop our community. You find out more by navigating through our menu at the top of the page.

Our primary support is provided by individuals that give one-time or monthly gifts. If you’d like to help out, please click the donate button below to be directed to PayPal.
